Challenge Rules

  1. Complete your chosen distance in the given duration of the event.
     

  2. Record your activity in the STRAVA fitness app.
     

  3. You are free to choose the days, place (indoors or outdoors), and distance you want to complete on any particular day. (Except 1 Day challenges)
     

  4. Participants have to run a minimum distance of 1 KM for that activity to be considered for the challenge. Less than 1 km won't be counted. (Except 1 Day challenges)
     

  5. In a day, a maximum of two activities are accepted. If you do more than 2, then only the first two will be counted towards the challenge. (Except 1 Day challenges)
     

  6. For 1 Day challenge, Only 1 activity is accepted. If you do more than 1, then only the first activity will be counted towards the challenge.
