Cancellation / Refund policy
1. Cancellation 30 days before the start date of a trip: Get a refund with 10% cancellation charges.
2. Cancellation within 30 days prior to the trip's start date or no show on the start day of the trip — Unfortunately, no refund or voucher.
In the rare event that Challenge Hub calls off/cancels a trip:
We almost never call off/cancel our trips. But in the rare event that we call off/cancel a trip because of force majeure, OR natural calamities (continuous rain or snow, snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes, or any other natural calamity that prevents us from conducting a trip safely), OR unexpected situations like political unrest, curfews, local riots, pandemics, lockdowns, government orders OR any other issues that affect the safety of the whole group, Challenge Hub will issue a voucher for the full amount. You can redeem the Voucher on any of our challenges over the next year.
If you want to reschedule your trip to a future date:
In case you would like to reschedule the same trip to another date, this is the policy that applies:

Prior to 30 days before the start of the trip: No transfer charges. You can shift to any future date of the trip.

29 days to 1 day prior to the start date of the trip: There is a 20% transfer charge. This means you will have to pay an additional 20% of the trip fee to transfer your registration to a future date.

Transfer of a registration is allowed only once.
